I can’t stand this store! Out of all the Starbucks I’ve been in, this store has employees that jus don’t give a flyin F! I get the same drink every time! 3 outta 10 they get it right. Its on my way to work and all. Very disappointing! Won’t go again, tired of getting the wrong drinks!  Oh been here for almost a year now.

If I could I would give a negative review. I don’t come to this Starbucks often because every single time I do they forget my drink and today was no except. I literally stood there waiting for over 15 minutes for my tea.
Yes, that was all I was getting, a tea with some steamed soy in it. I went up to the girl who took my order and she realized she had forgotten and didn’t even apologize for forgetting. I repeated my drink order to her and she ran off to make it only to have me stand there for 10 minutes more waiting for my drink, which ended up being incorrect with 2% milk, I can’t drink that I have a dairy intolerance. So I finally asked for the manager and she came over and asked me what I ordered and apologized but should have handled that differently and made my drink correctly. I asked for a refund which I finally did receive. I will never go in to this Starbucks again. I understand it being busy, but service and good service with getting a drink correctly goes along way and is the best way to represent the company as a whole. This Starbucks in the 3 years I’ve lived here has either forgotten or gotten my drink incorrectly at least 90% of the time. I’d give this place a -7.
