I had such a great experience working with Sharon at the Orem store.  I bought quite a few pieces of furniture  a year or two ago and wanted to get a couple more for our new home we are building.   My furniture is in storage so Sharon helped me find the fabric swatches  to make sure that my new pieces would fit in perfectly.   It was such a relief to get exactly what I wanted and Sharon helped me find the most beautiful accent pieces which go perfectly with what I have.   I highly recommend Bassett for quality furniture.  It is beautiful!!!   Thank you so much.

After visiting more furniture stores than I can count ,looking for the perfect couch, we walked into our local Bassett store and immediately found what we had been searching for. Shelly helped us look over all of the fabric options, including the never ending options for custom pillows. She was helpful and patient (I had a hard time choosing). We are thrilled with the results. Our living room has the casual yet clean look that we were searching for. We would definitely recommend Basset Furniture to anyone looking to furnish their home. Five stars all the way.

We recently visited the Bassett Store in Orem, Utah.  We were greeted by Sharon Deaton who proved to be invaluable in assisting us with the selection of new furniture pieces for our Living Room makeover.  Sharon was very patient with me and my wife when we didn't entirely agree with some of our individual vision.  She brought samples to our home and made sure that everything was compatible in terms of colors, textures and style.  We have been return customers from Bassett for years having earlier purchased two complete bedroom sets, dining room table with chairs and living room furniture which we have sold easily to make room for the new items. In Dec 2017 I returned to Bassett to replace the Basset Furniture that I had purchased in Dec 2002. How many family room furniture sets can last 15 years? We found the same fabulous service and quality in 2017 that we loved in 2002. We worked with a different designer this time, Sharon. She was accommodating, fun to work with, and knowledgeable. I appreciated her design expertise and experience with fabrics and styles. I  have recommended Bassett for 15 years, and I have no reason to stop! The people and the quality of furniture are fabulous!

I am really happy with my Bassett sofa. The fabric is beautiful medium gray with a white fleck. It looks wonderful in my family room. Very clean and crisp. The style of the sofa is simple and classic. It looks modern without being too trendy. I can tell it is high quality and well built. The staff at the Bassett store in Orem were very helpful. I will be going back to purchase chairs for my living room!
