We purchased a sectional from Best Deal in Orem, UT. We had been researching various sites for the furniture we liked the most with the best price, warranty, delivery, etc. for about 2 weeks. We made multiple calls to Best Deal with questions to make sure we were getting the best value for our investment. Each time they were very friendly and informative. We finally visited the store to check out their floor model and it was exactly what we wanted. Taylor was an awesome salesman and very helpful. I would highly recommend shopping with them. We’ll definitely be back.

We bought a new couch from them, picked it up about a week after we ordered it and took it home and set it up, only to find out the the couch was broken to start with. I Immediately called the store and explained my situation, they asked me to email them pictures, which i did, and they confirmed that they received the email and that they were sorry and that i should expect a call or email from the within the next couple of days...two weeks later I called them, they had not tried reaching out to me at all or in any type of way. They asked me to send the email again because they didn't have it anymore, which i did and then they said that they would send someone out to fix it... six days later and they finally came and fixed it. Jess and Julie were the ones that came and fixed it and i would give them 5 stars, awesome people and they worked super fast. Julie called me two days before and set up a time and they were true to their word. Best Deal Furniture should try to more like Jess and Julie, i would not recommend buying anything from best deal.

*** Your response to my email is 100% a lie, Jess and Julie had to go and buy the supplies while they were at my house and while they were working on the couch. 100% false that it took you guys forever because you were getting parts for the couch, when the parts that were needed were bought the day of. Ridiculous!

Taylor and Levi were such a big help. They made my experience so easy and effortless. I had some crazy stuff come up and they just made it so easy and convenient. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone getting furniture.

I just wanted to say I had an awesome experience here. I called in the morning to ask about buying a queen sized box spring, the manager told me the price. It was a very good deal. I went on my lunch break and they were actually able to deliver it that same day! I will definitely be going back when we need new furniture.

Best Deal Furniture was great! We went in, were helped right away by Nathan and found what we were looking for. Delivery was awesome! Mike and Kris were fast and did a great job putting our sectional together for us. They were friendly, personable, and professional. Would highly recommend Best Deal Furniture!
