I had a great time shopping here. The environment was so upbeat and amazing. You really feel like the team at Ashley is looking out for you and trying to do their best to help. My Salesman was amazing and took the time to help me find what we needed. Not only that, the Store Manager, Drew, took time out to come over and talk to us and by the way, he also made us a great deal. I won't be shopping for furniture anywhere else. Total 180 from what I was used to from the other guys here in Utah. Thanks so much Drew and Team Ashley! PS, I can't wait to get my sofa!

No one likes being “sold” but everyone likes to buy. Carl and Drew are awesome. Their product knowledge and friendly demeanor made the purchasing experience enjoyable. Thanks guys!!

We visited the Ashley store in Orem for the first time tonight and I was blown away by all the beautiful furniture that filled the store. We had gone to 3 different stores with no luck finding anything we liked. We were finally able to find exactly what we wanted at Ashley. And the quality was spot on! Jeff was so great to work with. He was able to answer all our questions, he was friendly and pleasant to work with. We also worked with the manager Todd and he was great! So nice and super professional. Both Jeff and Todd were so willing to help but neither pushed me to buy anything more than I was looking for. We'll be back for sure!!

After a not so great experience at RC Willey, we stopped by to see if Ashley Home store could help us! Brandon was nothing but helpful. Not pushy and gave us our space to look. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. All the employees were welcoming and dressed very nice. Ashley won and we purchased a sectional! Good job Brandon, make Drew give you a raise!

We went in with hesitations of being lured in to buying something we couldn't afford, but we left completely satisfied instead. We were approached by Ryan Mead a sales associate there who was nothing short of amazing. He knew his stuff, he was very friendly and personable and he explained everything upfront. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us furniture or steer us away from our vision. We felt like we could talk to him about our concerns and could tell he sincerely listened. He's seriously amazing at what he does and made our first real experience with a furniture store sales associate a pleasant one. The store was near and tidy as well and very well put together. If you're looking for furniture for your home, go talk to Ryan in Orem. Overall, were super pleased with our experience there and can't wait to get our new dining table next week!
