Overpriced merchandise and not a whole lot of staff to help out... Legitly have walked around for several minutes looking for store staff to help me find a particular item or size of an item with no success in finding anyone. I often wait for items that are at the brand's level that they sell here to go to lower prices department stores that often sell the same goods for lower more reasonable prices. Great location though. Love this mall.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting over an hour for help getting a purse. Don't waste your time or money.

The MAC part of this store has the worst customer service. The employee was very unhelpful and made me wait forever to buy a simple foundation. I will not be coming back to this Macy's unless their employees get better attitudes.
