Such good customer service . They had a wide selection of furniture at great prices. The sofa and bedroom set I bought was beautiful and came well packaged. Bought a bedroom set and everything was great until the furniture arrived. 1) Small dents in many different places. 2) three of the drawers were broken on the inside 3) one of the lamp was slightly bent 4) one of the decorative chrome bar came off completely as soon as I opened the chest drawer. 5) protective coating sticker was placed so that it can't be removed, and upon technician's visit he told me it was a manufacture defect. Sales rep (Peter) was not cooperative or was even planning on hearing me out. He told me I already signed the paper then hung up on me. Sales rep Peter is by far the most unprofessional and unethical sales person I have EVER encountered. He refused to take the defective products back but luckily the finance company was able to do so on my behalf. Only positive thing I can say about this place is that store manager Sammy was composed and professional. I am just sorry that he had to apologize on his incompetent employee's behalf. Which is the only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one.

Horrible costumer service they are all Arabs and most of the good reviews they have are all from people that work there. you can clearly tell from their names. They are very rude and the manager literally told me over the phone "He would only give me what he has and he wouldnt take it back" now i have to go through this process with the bank getting my refund because they didn't have what they showed so they just sent a random one.
