Went into Bob's on Saturday afternoon with three teenagers to buy a whole new living room set! First of all the store itself is clean, extremely large and has a koi pond and candy and snack bar for the kids! Who doesn't love that! Marc, the salesman came right up to us and introduced himself to me AND the kids which was a very nice touch! He was NOT a hard sell salesman, which was appreciated! Marc was extremely knowledgeable about the product, the sizes, colors and prices. Once he had an idea of what I was looking for and my tastes he steered us in the right direction and gave us some space to test all the couches ourselves. He was nearby when I had questions and went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for when it came to the end tables and lamps. I loved working with Marc and can't wait for my new living room set to arrive!

with the task of a newly purchased home to furnish, I looked no further than Bobs for knocking out some of furniture needs. After walking in, you are initially in awe with this unreasonably large koi fish pond with a waterfall flowing in from the top, but aside from that there is a great selection of all types of furniture, from wood to metal, chairs to consoles. Note to self, you will be promptly asked if you need help at the door, be prepared. Rejoined with my buddy, who was walking the showroom with a gentleman named Hank, this is the type of customer service you look for when dealing with these types of purchases. Personable, accommodating, and looking out for the customer were hanks key concerns it felt. Ended up finalizing some items, one of which was a console that they were able to help us out with because it was the last and the floor model, assistance like that is what brings customers back. Hank thank you for your help, it was a pleasure shopping at Bobs, and Gary, i believe the floor manager, you are the man too.

My sales rep was Hank and he was so helpful and nice. Gave you your space to walk around but also helped you look for what you were looking for and not just to sell you something for the commission. Excellent service.

I was extremely disappointed with the delivery of a couch I recently purchased. I received a phone call exactly 3 minutes before they arrived. I feel like I should be given at least a half hour notice, especially when I'm paying a delivery fee in addition to the price of the couch. To make things worse, they seemed like they were in a rush and didn't seem concerned with taking care of the couch and handling it properly. They didn't put the couch where I wanted it. They pressed the couch so hard against the wall that they broke my internet cable, and outlet in the wall. Now I don't have internet, and have to place a repair request with my apartment so they can fix damage that Bob's Discount Furniture caused. I will not be ordering anything from them again. They should not charge a delivery fee if their delivery process is going to be this unprofessional. They had the nerve to ask me to please give them a 5 star rating before they left. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

On our first visit to Bob’s in Stamford, Abdellah was very helpful and we ended up buying a beautiful dining room table (the Blake in espresso!). We also looked at a living room set with him, but didn’t purchase at that time. On our next visit, Abdellah assisted us again, and we bought a couch, chair and storage ottoman. When Christian and his partner delivered our furniture, we decided the chair and ottoman didn’t quite fit, so store manager Ralph and sales associate Hank helped accommodate us with the exchange process. Five stars for all involved! We will continue to shop at Bob’s. Not only because of the customer service (prices and selection are great, too), but the customer service is definitely unmatched. Thanks, team!
