This Kohl’s is one of the best Kohl’s! The night before Easter, my mother-in-law and I walked in with 15 minutes until close. Mike in shoes helped us find what we were looking for promptly. Abigail greeted us at the cash register with a kind smile and understanding welcome. While we left a few minutes before close, I was so impressed with the store that I called to compliment the two employees to their manager. Great store! Great Service! Great Selection!

I was looking for a lightweight winter coat and wanted to take advantage of the Spring Sales...I found a beautiful lightweight black quilted coat that was on a rack that was marked $39.99.It fit and I took it up to the register.  The young man scanned the coat and found that it was $99 reduced from $195.... He told me that there would be another discount starting on a certain day so I told him I would think about it.  I tried to give him the coat back over the counter and I had to practically shove it at him...I got the feeling he wanted ME to hang the coat back up.

Also when I came into the store, I asked where the coats were and some salesgirl said, "Over in the corner."   When I went in that direction, I was in clothes but no coats; I had to wend my way around racks and racks of clothing until I found the coats in the  middle of other types of clothes.  Someone should have brought me over to the coats instead of merely shouting where they were supposed to be located, especially when they were located in an obscured area.   The salespeople weren't busy...two of them were standing talking when I walked in.  It was around 7:30 pm.

When I go into Macy's, I am greeted by salespeople or led to where I need to go. Macy's goes out of their way to make sure the customer is properly served.  That used to be the way it was with most stores...businesses understood what customer service meant.   They acted like professionals.

On two different occasions at Kohls, I have seen young salesgirls dress and act like they were hanging out with their friends somewhere.  One at the Lewis Center store looked like the "living dead" with overdone red lipstick and darkly lined eyes. The other wore worn out corduroy jeans and was talking about someone in a disparaging way.  Her hair looked like it hadn't been combed in a year.   This was at the Delaware, Ohio store.  Kohl's is not living up to the quality of their merchandise as far as customer service goes.   Frankly, I'd rather shop at a store like Macy's where the customer comes first.

The worst store in Lewis Center. They are scam. The will not honor they return policy. The worst customer service.
