Great service visit today.   Friendly knowledgeable service team.  They gave us the option of a longer apt today or making another apt to take care of some extra issues that we needed fixed.  Very happy with the quick service and staff.

The experience of purchasing  a new car from Feldman Lansing was outstanding.  From the initial contact, almost a year ago, with Amber the sales manager to working with Reuben and Shawn the experience was smooth.  

The process started with some online questions and then follow up from Amber and her staff.  They were professional and weren't pushy at all.  Amber spent time with us while paperwork was being filled out to help make sure the process was running smoothly.  

Amber had set up an appointment with Sean the New Car Sales Manager.  He greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to Reuben.  Reuben was very thorough with discussing the Malibu we purchased and knowledgeable throughout the process.  

I highly suggest working with both Amber and Reuben on your next vehicle purchase.  I know I will be going back to them when the need arises for another vehicle.  

Thank you Amber and Reuben you two are great assets to Feldman of Lansing.

I first went to Feldman in July and bought a used vehicle (2015). My sales person was Emily, she was amazing! She got me into a car even better than what I asked for and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recently went back to the service center for an oil change and tire rotation. Ashton was my service advisor, all of the guys were friendly and fun. Ashton checked in with me throughout my visit to make sure I wasn't in need of anything. All of the staff here is just great. I could go on forever about the many ways they were friendly and caring about the consumers. I've never had service like this from any car service business.

Very dishonest. Had my engine replaced in their service center for several thousands of dollars, which included a 12 month warranty. In the following 12 months I brought my car back several times with engine related issues and each time was given the runaround and told it was some smaller issue. Right when the warranty period was up they told me I would have to replace the engine again. I found a mechanic with integrity and had him do the job instead. Avoid Feldman service center if possible.

Robert Soop and Shaun Glasscock are exceptional and true assets to your team!!!  Finding a new car at a good price is something that has been stressing my wife and I out.  Robert made the process fun and easy and took all of the stress away.  And Shaun ensured that we were covered on the finance side and even made the worst part (talking about money) fun and easy.  Our experience with this has earned Robert and Feldman Chevrolet a customer for life.  Thank you so much!!!
