Very nice dealership. Our salesman--Lemuel--was very helpful and not pushy. I had been researching the vehicle I wanted, and he found me the best deal among the Honda Civics that were in stock. The finance department was the nicest I've dealt with. Jay was friendly and professional. There were no tricks in the finance department like I have seen at other dealers. The whole process took about 3 hours total. I would recommend this dealer, and I would buy another car from them in the future.

I have mixed reviews. Our sales man Brian was very friendly and helpful. He worked very hard to get us a car that met our needs without breaking the bank. It ended there. We were assured a payment within our comfort zone only to have it increase once in the finance office. Our finance officer was very friendly as well, but she could do little to get us a payment in the promised windows. We were also assured our trade in would be paid off before it's next payment. We were instructed to call the following Friday to make sure. After two unsuccessful messages, we finally heard from a manager who told us there was nothing we could do. Our no payments until April was in essence a lie as we ended up having to make a payment on a car no longer ours that we couldn't afford AND get tags as well. We were promised a call back within the week by the salesman to see how we're doing. Nothing. We've put in more phone calls to get questions answered our insurance needed. Nothing. Apparently once they have your money they don't need to keep you happy. Battison is welcome to call me and prove me wrong, but so far we can't seem to get the customer service we were promised.

Battison is Awesome! Lemuel and the sales manager that helped us with our deal made it a very easy experience. In and out in less than an hour (not counting a couple phone calls prior). Easiest shopping experience I've had in a while considering the scope of the purchase. If you're in the market for a new car, give the guys at Battison a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Worse dealer ship ever. They lie to you and cheat you. If you want a true "car salesman" experience. (Shady) this is the perfect place for you. If you want to be treated with respect then I suggest take your business else where. This place is a fraud from top to bottom. We were told one price that we agreed on and by the time the car was delivered they added another $1000 to the price. When I reminded them that that's not the price we agreed on, the sales guy and the manager lied to my face and said no that's what you signed! I felt tricked in to buy this car because if I didn't I would lose my deposit. I will never let anyone I know go through this shadiness again. P.s. The management is encouraging this behavior, which means this comes from the top. SAVE YOUR SELF FROM A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have used Battison Honda's service department several times and it is amazing to deal with them compared to other Honda dealers that I have dealt with throughout the OKC Metro. They take the time to listen to you and actually take into consideration your thoughts when talking to you. I have always been treated very courteous and prompt when dealing with the service advisers, manager or technicians. I will continue to use their service department above all others.
