Jerai Hershel was outstanding to deal with. 2 out of 5 stars due to the fact that it took well over a month to complete the work. After 2 weeks to get the part, I came to Jim Norton to have it installed. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I was informed they had ordered the wrong part and it could not be fixed. Jerai gave me a complimentary car detail and was extremely courteous and apologetic. Finally after another 2 1/2 weeks, the correct part finally came in and was installed.

Fabulous service at Jim Norton by TJ Campbell.  He took extra time and explained everything that needed to be done to my car for the 70,000 mile service.  All of my questions were answered and the necessity for some items was explained.  He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional; I will definitely be back for all my service needs.

Tarissa Douglas  helped me the day I brought my car in for service on a warranty issue.  She made sure the parts that had been ordered had came in. She assisted me in getting a loaner car as the work would take 5 hours.  She was very helpful in all areas and very cheerful on top of everything.

Found a vehicle I was very interested in and submitted my info, salesperson reached out to me and asked me to come in for a test drive. I live 50 minutes away, but as this was a car I had been searching for I agreed. Got there only to find out the car wasn't there, it had been sent elsewhere for inspection and won't be back for two days. I understand that it was probably just oversight but *not that it's a big deal* the other salesperson didn't even acknowledge the mistake or apologize. I would have handled things differently if the roles were reversed. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience and I don't plan on returning.

A new service employee, Mark, gave me the highest quality service and assistance that I have received in the 9years I have been buying cars there and having them serviced at your dealership. He was polite, interested in providing the specific service I needed, knowledgeable, explained the issues for my understanding,  took appropriate measures to correct remaining problems from my previous service visits, and generally accommodating! I was impressed and very grateful for the improvement in the service to my Prius V.
