Excellent service. I had transmission problems with my Jeep and another dealer in town could not fix it, but Bob Moore got me a new transmission under warrantee. Matt kept me updated every day either by text or a phone call. Matt is fantastic and they should be very proud of him.

So on February 25th my daughter & I go into Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep on NW Expressway, we are inquiring about a new Jeep Wrangler 2017. My daughter was looking for a white Sahara Limited which they did not have on their lot. But was told by the salesperson Stephen Johnson & his new car manager there would be no problem doing a dealer trade to get my daughter her jeep from another dealership. So we proceeded with the deal and the dealership gave her a loaner car. So after 3 days go by, still haven't heard anything from the dealership. So I text my salesperson and no response for 2 days. On the 5th day I call him and he said they are still working on it. 2 more days later I call him back and he basically tells me he does not know if they can get the Jeep and it would be best if I found it somewhere else. Could not believe this was happening, I have sent plenty of business to this dealership but this will be my last trip to this dealership. I will NEVER NEVER send another person to this place. What a waste of time, the picture below is my daughter at Fowler Jeep Dodge on I-240 they matched the deal & got us out of there in 2 hrs. Now that's how you do a car deal. Thanks Fowler for being so professional.

The salesman who assisted us was John Thompson (JT) and he was super helpful. He even answered my call on his day off! Also, Kevin in finance really went the extra mile in trying to work my payments into my budget. Great group of guys!!

I could not be more impressed with the employees at Bob Moore...From the courtesy driver, through service dept., and cashiers....These folks all seem to be genuinely happy with their jobs, and it shows in the attitudes each displays with customer interactions. I overheard several in the waiting room on my last visit, remark how exceptional the service was at Bob Moore, and I wholeheartedly agree. These folks CARE about me, and its readily apparent they take pride in their work..Very impressive place.

Friendly service with upfront information on the options to fix your car. Appointments are suggested, but not necessary to receive prompt service.
