Love them. I did my research and applied for financing through them online like two weeks before I went there. I received calls and texts from Josh Caldwell during those weeks. I even received a text on my way there. When I got there everyone was so nice and positive. He was professional and didn't make me haggle for a good price. He did everything to find a good price. Than I Went To The Finance DEPARTNENT Which Was Just As great. Let's just say that I got my new car in my price range. Just great service all the way around.

The salesman was terrific, I felt comfortable test driving their cars and with the young man that was helping me. The Sales Department worked their magic getting the car price down to something I would be able to afford. However the finance department left much to be desired. It took several calls to the finance department to get the information I needed to get my tag. They waited until the 29th day to mail me that information. The head of the finance department was extremely hard to get hold of. The young lady I spoke with (who said she had a degree in law) gave me misinformation about the deadlines the State and the car dealer had to maintain. I was led to believe that the State was responsible for the delay in my receiving the paperwork that I needed to get my tag and I later was told that information was incorrect. I love the car, not quite sure about the dealership.

I didn't know what to expect at first. It has been a long time since I've bought a car. But the staff at Bob Moore Kia we're very good at explaining everything to me and allowing me to make my own decision on the car that I wanted to buy. I had a no pressure encounter with the staff at Bob Moore. I would like to point out Josh. I think he did an excellent job in selling me the car that I wanted at a fair price.

Go see Josh Caldwell!! He knows how to take care of you and won't haggle you! I bought my Kia Forte there a few months ago. They got me a great deal and it didn't take all day! Their service department is fast and efficient. Love this place.

Zack and the service department were on point this morning. I was greeted as soon as I arrived with my kia. I scheduled an appointment online, very easy to do, and they got my tire replaced in no time. They answered all questions I had and it was a great experience.
