I can't praise this place enough! They are the most professional group I've ever come across in the automotive world. They took care of my daughter's car in one day knowing that she needed to get back to CO as soon as possible! They were honest, expedient, and clearly explained all the repairs that needed to be done. I would recommend them  and have already told my friends of our very, very positive experience! Thank you!

The only reason I give this place one star is because Google won't let me give zero or negative stars. Hands down the worst and most incompetent mechanics I have ever experienced. Took my car to get my daytime running light (left side) fixed, they said it will cost $116 for diagnostic, and I get a call from them saying I need to pay an extra $100 for advanced diagnostics

I took my car to another mechanic just to find out it was just a bad bulb.

I was surprised to see Baum Boulevard Automotive on Google reviews with such a high rating (writing positive reviews for their own business maybe?). this place is such a low quality scam work  

I've never been ripped off and jerked around so much in my entire life and I've been driving for 45 years.

Always satisfied, even in this case when our poor old Prius did not pass inspection. Keith had it put back up on the rack to take photos so we could understand exactly what we need to have done at the body shop. This illustrates one of the strengths of Baum, communication

I took my car to be inspected here last week.  they inspected my car last year without a problem and I had no issue with the interaction with them then.  this year, they failed my car saying the tires stuck out beyond the body of the car and that was not compliant with inspection criteria.  these are not the original tires but are the tires that they passed on inspection last year.  when questioned, they were adamant that these tires were too wide I needed to replace all 4 tires.  the original tires on the car are the same width as the current tires.  my tire guy laughed when I explained what had happened.  I looked up the regs, the treads have to be under the fenders.  mine are.  the car is compliant as is.  I went back the next day and was treated so rudely it was stunning.  I suggested we look up the regulation.  I was not confrontation with them so I stunned at their incredibly dismissive tone.  I was told the tires can't stick out beyond the body of the car, period.  so I pulled up the regulation and read it to them.  they looked at the car and passed it.  no apology, just incredible dismissive attitude.  They are a high volume inspection station...and they don't know the regulations and they aren't interested in reading them.  Do not take your car there.
