Laceys has always done good work the couple times I've had to take my cars there. Do you sometimes pay a little more than other places,at times yes,but if you want good dependable work done then you'll go here,cause that's what you get.

Went to them for front brakes and rotors on my car. I was told I would be called if something came up. The next day I get a call from the woman that works there and she said "Your car is done and you also needed rear brakes so we went ahead and did them. Your total is $350." Today I went in to the shop and said "I was never called about the additional work. I just wanted front brakes and rotors ONLY! Why did you never call me to authorize!" At that point the old man that I guess runs the place only wanted to argue with me. I mentioned that their website advertised that they will obtain prior authorization and provide a price estimate for work performed. Also it is a state law to get prior authorization in case people don't have the money to pay. The old man said he knows the law so then why he do it then is the question. In the end they put my old rear brakes on then I paid and left. My only guess why they tried to shake me down was to charge me more than I could pay then put a lien on my car and sell it. I wanted to find a good repair shop near my house and these church going people failed the test. In the end of this rant I will never return to them and will spread the word about how I was treated.

Well 1st time here today ppl was friendly an nice but lady wasn't happy (an made it clear which I get it ) that I called for the part an was going to pay the bill for the part sepret. So I just paid them for it when I paid for their service.. (I just like to hv to receipts for the parts that go on my truck so if it ever gos bad I hv It on hand) after that happen they were still nice( just different).  Only came here bc my main garage I go to was not able to do wut Laceys can do for wut I was told my truck needed. Most of the time was waiting on the part took them like 10mins to find out it was a part not just the flush needed.. So I hv to say the mechanic was Good an fast at finding out the problem. Would go back if needed, it flushed again. Over all it was good.
