Paige and Mark are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and easy to chat with if you wish to talk but also will let you be if you wish for quiet. They make the most amazing breakfast! I've paid $15 or more a plate for breakfast and none of it came close to what Mark served up. Our room is cozy, the bed is comfortable, the jazucci tub is perfect and overall it's an amazing place. We will be back again so we can enjoy the pool with the view out to the water and the hot tub. I highly recommend this b&b!

Mark and Paige put the "Breakfast" in B&B! The food was amazingly creative and delicious.  Mark and Paige were the most gracious hosts.  The house was absolutely beautiful, the view spectacular, the bed super comfty!  We felt as if we were visiting family.  We are only a 2 1/2 hour drive away, and will certainly visit again before the year is out.  Bay Tree Manor will surely become our home away from home.  

LOVED IT!!!  FIVE STARS!!!

The location is amazing. The pool is beatiful. Perfect for an outdoor wedding. Mosquitoes were plentiful so make sure you have bug spray. Other than that, it was a truly memorable experience.

Felt like a second home. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Room was delightful with a large tiled shower, jetted tub,  and very comfortable bed. Beautiful view. Mark and Paige couldn't have been more gracious.
