Outside of being double charged for my room this was one of the best hotel experience ever. Clean room, excellent price and they are pet friendly.  Will be booking at Extended Stay more often and will recommend friends and family to stay at this chain of hotel.

Great customer service and unbelievable knowledge of the area from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach. The room was very clean, and all of the appliances worked including the kitchenette stove and refrigerator.

We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Pretty clean non smoking hotel. That didn't stop the potheads but I can't blame the hotel for that. Breakfast consisted of coffee muffins etc. Better than nothing. My room had a fridge, microwave, sink, and 2 eyes for cooking so it's definitely built for an extended stay. The AC was super cold and there was no musky smell that girls usually have. Bed was comfortable especially if you sleep hot. If you are the"I'm always cold" type, may I suggest you bring your own blanky

The place is great the only complaint I have is the Wi-Fi is as slow as dialup. For the money you pay here high speed should be included.
