The staff was wonderful, above and beyond. I went out to clear the snow off if my car and scrape my windows and Calvin (member of the Hilton Garden Inn team) had already took care of it for me and other customers - 5 stars! Breakfast was great, the GM was filling in for one of his members due to the inclement weather - clearly he is able to cover all responsibilities. The waitress Lynn was very nice and made sure everyone was taken care of and the 2 ladies at the front desk were great as well! Would definitely stay again, especially when there is inclement weather!

Great hotel. Cleans rooms, excellent breakfast and very quiet. Staying here with family and would absolutely stay again.

No Hot Water! We checked in on Saturday 2 Sept for a four night stay. The hotel was beautiful. Check in was easy. The hotel appeared to be full with my family. They all had smiles. The room appeared clean. Then I noticed there was no bed skirt to take away from the elegance of the room but what was shocking was the temperature of the water in the shower. Took seven showers and only two were hot. The shower water was COLD! I called the desk Sunday morning and the desk clerk told me she was going to inform the manager when he arrives in the morning. In the morning my shower was colder. I called the desk and received the same message. The desk told me they had received many messages about the cold water but they hadn't heard anything regarding a repair. They said the would contact the manager and inquire about a repair. I took a cold shower Monday morning and went to meet the manager. No manger in site again. I got his number and left a message. I received no response. I checked in the morning. I was very uncomfortable taking a cold shower. Can you imagine making a child take a cold shower? The water from the sink was cold too.

Cocerige guy was very nice and helpful. I did not stay overnight

Nice big room with king size bed. Breakfast was smooth with a cook on hand. I was happy with the stay and the price was good too.
