My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 days and it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The first five minutes after we checked in I let the front desk know a light bulb was out in our room. She said she would send someone up to fix it. No one ever came to even look at it the entire time we were there. We tried closing the curtains and the entire curtain rod fell from the ceiling on us because it was not installed right. We had a kitchen in our room and only one burner on the stove worked and a couple knobs were missing. Half of the buttons were missing on the phone in the room. The last night the bathroom fan broke on us. When you turn the light on the fan comes on too, it literally sounded like a chainsaw when the fan went out so we couldn't use the light in the bathroom. To top it all off, I woke up the last day and had bed bug bites on me. I'm soooo grossed out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and it was a waste of my money.

The mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep in. They only provide you with 2 pillows on the bed. There was no pillow for the sleep sofa. We didn't let my son sleep on the pullout sofa, since it was so badly stained. Our toilet was clogged when we got in the room and they brought us a plunger to unclog it ourselves.

Clean. Employees are nice and kind. Manager specifically he was an awesome manager anything me and my fiancé needed he made sure his staff was on it. Keep up the great work.

Dont know why this place only has 2 stars, its a excellent hotel for the price
