This place is absolutely great. Great service and very clean rooms. I usually get grossed out by hotels and hate staying at them. This hotel however was amazing for me. I felt like I was at home it was very clean and felt comfortable. I definitely recommend this place. I have stayed at the top hotel in the downtown area before and not only is this place cheaper than the other hotels, but it is also just as nice.

This was a last minute booking for Valentines and I couldn’t have been happier with this find . Fantastic location right on the waterfront in the heart of the historic district. Every member of staff that I encountered from the reception, breakfast and cleaners were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything that you would need plus the addition of chocolates on the pillow and fresh baked cookies at the lobby was a nice touch. I will be sure to stay again on my next visit to St Augustine.

Excellent location right in the heart of downtown with onsite parking.  Our room was desperately in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom, despite the fact that it was the most expensive hotel on our way to S Florida.  The breakfast area was well stocked & staff friendly.  Maybe the other rooms were better?

Wonderful Experience, within walking distance of everything to see. Suggest Old Town trolley also a hopp on, hopp off trolley.

Warm breakfast. Biscuits and gravy. Cinnamon rolls was the best. Awesome location. Walking distance to everything you need. Great views of the harbor. Free parking.
