The rooms were updated to a certain extent but they smelled like bleach upon entry. There was construction on several rooms during my one night stay. With already limited parking, the contractors were occupying a few spaces. That said, the stay was good overall and the location is phenomenal. I did really appreciate the complementary bottled water in the rooms.

Started off with a 5 star. Front desk staff agreed to a lower rate, I asked specifically if that would be good if we decided to stay another night, "sure". Well went down this morning to tell them we were staying. The rate went to more than double and she couldn't remember the agreed upon rate for the first night. Dishonest. We did stay. Great room, great location, dishonest about rates. This is not a 300 per night hotel, sorry. Manager was policy rude

Great view, location, ambience for a very fair price. Clean, and had excellent staff! I do recommend this hotel! Only a few tiny critiques: There were lamps in our room that weren't connected to any switch and we ended up unplugging them? Confusing for my old dad. Additionally, the bathroom had a small window (great!) but it faced a busy alley and building...and the shower curtain had a big clear piece in it which was level with the window to outside 👀 (eek! Not great)

What a great location in St Augustine! This is probably a mid century modern hotel that had a contemporary renovation. The room had a king size bed that wasn't the best I've ever slept in, but reasonably comfortable. I had no problem sleeping. Bathroom is tiny, but I was solo in the room so I had no problem with it. I traveled with my small dog and many Best Western locations are pet friendly. I love that many properties are getting rid of carpeting​in pet friendly rooms. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. They have in room coffee but also a great coffee service in the reception office! I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the second floor deck with a freshly made cappuccino! I would definitely stày again!

Awesome location. Awesome service. Pool is small, but it goes to 8ft deep. Giving 4 stars just because our shower had mold around it. But the manager gave us back the parking fee which was very nice.
