Stayed only for a night... this was my first B&B experience even though I come to St Augustine quite often... over all it was fantastic... southern charm blended with southern hospitality... food was fantastic... parking is a little weird, but is is St Augustine (crazy tourism inside a 1500s city street plan)... over all, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!!!

Last year on this day we stayed at The Inn on Charlotte and we loved it! I'm sorry it took me a year to write a review but it's been a busy year for us. The Inn is charming, clean, great location and very relaxing. The breakfasts are top notch, made from scratch and you can tell. Reminiscing about our trip today, I had to write a review. Thanks so much for making our time spent in St. Augustine special. Hope to see you both again! Best.

Beautiful place to stay, central to St George and downtown St Augustine. The staff treats you like family and the breakfast is amazing. Will definitely stay here again

I booked a room at the Inn to surprise my girlfriend. The owners were very friendly, and helpful with a small scheduling issue that I ran into. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing, and the location can't be beat! We stayed in the back carriage house in "Anna's Hideaway" which was perfect for us. We had our privacy, and it was very clean! I've had experiences with other B&Bs using heavily scented plug-ins, and that was certainly not the case here. Of note: the carriage house is directly next to a restaurant that does have live music on the weekends, so, if that bothers you, the main house would be better. It was no problem for us, as we used to live nearby, and are used to the noise. I would return to the Inn 100%, and would recommend this place to anyone asking.

We love the staff at the inn, friendly and full of the history of the old city. The no children allowed was a plus for us. The morning breakfast was to die for!!!
