I liked the layout of the hotel, they were great about my very early check in. The amenities in the room were nice. Big TV!! Comfy beds and spacious rooms!! There was only one, maybe two outlets that worked to plug stuff in. :( So that meant the lighting in the room was only on the TV side, which sucked. The room was pretty uncleanly. The tub needed a good scrub I'm pretty sure there was a blunt roach on the base of the lamp. Don't get me wrong, I don't judge. It just showed how yuck the room probably was...sorry Beaumont, but it was my first time to Louisiana. Not a clean experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! First off, the front desk personnel was in no shape or form professional from the attire to how they spoke to us. They gave us our keys did NOT let us know that we were to notify them of any problems within a 30 min range so they can make changes. Secondly, we went to check the room out and it literally looked like someone had just hopped out of that bed. Used condoms and toilet paper everywhere! Used cups everywhere, carpet had black stains all over & was peeling, room had a terrible odor, toilet knob was on the sink! This was the WORST experience ever! Do not book here. Place and people are terrible! When we finally called to try to dispute our funds we were told that there is nothing they can do. DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY on this place.

This hotel is awesome! Great rates & great service. The manager on duty (Rebecca) was very friendly & helped with our every need. The breakfast was wonderful. We have visited other hotels in the area & none of them compare to Baymont Inn. Thank you & your staff for a great place to stay. We will definitely return! 5*****

We booked this room due to the ability to easily place five people in it. We should have known the price was too good to be true. The entire building we were in reeked of weed, the carpet in our room was piecemeal at best, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned/toilet does not work etc. For a property that obviously needs work you would think the staff would work to be more accommodating. Instead, they act as if it's your fault for being here. We had four people in our room - only two towels. Asked for towels the first day and received them. Asked for towels the second day and another person in my party was told we would have to wait at least an hour and half. Went to the front desk, apparently they are dealing with the great towel shortage of 2017. The front desk lady argued with me, the General Manager told me they go through over 400 towels a week. They apparently cannot keep them on the property - but somehow this is my problem, not theirs. I asked if at best I could have towels by tomorrow. Was told it would not be likely. Hence why the property is receiving a 1 star review. Even if they give us a refund at this point it would not redeem the property. We travel to Shreveport on a regular basis and have stayed at 7 different hotels trying to find one that is decent. Apparently to stay at a decent hotel in Shreveport you have to pay close to $120 a night.

Oh my goodness! I believe it's the worst ever!! If I had somewhere else to go on this short notice I'd be out of here!!! Trust me, I checked...all booked... This place needs to be closed down! It gives Wyndham a bad name. Stained sheets, old and musty/mildewy smell...thank God It's only one night. I chose because of the location, right up the street from the airport and the price. We'll, I got what I paid for!! Absolutely deplorable, to say the least!!! Sleep in your car!! 3-3-18 @ 10:47p Sunday morning, 3-4-18 @ 5:20a, Oh my!!!! My heart is raising so fast...while sitting on the toilet, I heard something splat like water, turned to see what it was and found the biggest cockroach I'd ever seen in my WHOLE life!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! They need to tear this place down!!!!
