I want to be fair and give the hotel and staff the props that they deserve.. however I am probably not going to stay here again for the simple fact that the booking/reservation system is so out of wack that after $100 had already come out of my account as soon as I booked it online. You cannot cancel or switch the date WHATSOEVER. As soon as you hit book online that money is gone and you better pray they actually have a room for you. 5 minutes later,  after I read reviews (don't know why I waited until after) I got uneasy so I called to see if there were any way to stop the payment and just cancel. She told me they don't even have a room for me to stay in anyways and that they were all booked for the night. I then spent the next two hours on the phone trying to make sure that I didn't just throw $100 away, and trying to explain to the woman on the phone just how messed up it was that I just booked a room, have a confirmation email and all, and yet they have no available rooms and that I am NOT paying for a room that I cannot even stay in. Finally she confirmed that we would have one. We brought our swim suits since they have a pool and hot tub (and it's 100° outside) but yet the pool was still drained for some reason?? Idk guys. I was just trying to have a nice getaway out of town with my husband, but what I got was nothing we imagined. Just be cautious when booking.

Terrible experience all around. Would not recommend staying here at all for any reason. Paid $250 plus $50 deposit for what was supposed to be a king suite for one night. I would maybe pay $300 a month to stay in that room again, maybe. Let me just put it this way, my chandelier was your average low budget ceiling fan with no blades on it. The room didn't even have a chair. Table but no chair. The air vents were hanging out of the wall like someone had ripped them out. No joke. Complete ripoff all around. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone what so ever.

The worst service ever and the rooms did not look or smell clean. The pool was completely empty. And the lobby and hallways where very hot.

First room didn't have a working A/C or heater. Second room smelled really musty. Both rooms were dark because of non working lights. (Probably just needed bulbs.) Several channels on the t.v. were unwatchable because of static.
However, the lady working the desk at night couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. They need 10 more just like her. I stayed there on Friday, February 16, and it was almost 1am before I arrived. Unsure of this lady's name, but she was great!

I give this establishment NO STARS! The employees are very rude and unprofessional. I tried to resolve a problem with the staff and the front desk clerk hung up in my face and when I called back she picked the phone up and hung it back up again. Tijuana was her name I believe because she didn’t want to give me her name. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to stay in this hotel.
