Awesome will stay there again if I'm in the area.  Very clean, nice staff, and a great room.  Located within a few minutes to wherever you want to be in the Shreveport and Bossier City area.  While the pool and hot tub were the selling points when I booked the service was great.  The breakfast they serve was one of the best I've had in my travels.

Hotel is nice and breakfast was a great start to the day. Could not connect to WiFi but it may have been my devices. Some front desk staff were short when they answered your question as If you were bothering them but the rooms are s nice and beds super comfy...I didn't want to leave

Horrible for accessible needs. All the hangers in the closet are behind the ironing board. Moving them to the right was a chore because they are the kind that attach to a round frame and the space available to the right of the ironing board was very limited - not enough for clothes to fit comfortably.
However, there were serious safety issues in this room for those requiring accessible needs. Toilets are low. Although there are grab bars, depending upon the accessible needs, they are not helpful due to height and placement - some accessible needs like ours just cannot use them.
Beds are too high - you almost need a ladder to get in and out of them. How can a wheelchair bound person lift themselves onto such a high bed? I don't think they can. If you have accessible needs, go someplace else. This is not a good hotel. I pointed out the issue with the low toilet and asked if it could be resolved. She did not offer to even contact anyone to find out and I had no confidence that anything I said would make it to the manager. Perhaps a nice hotel if you do not need accessibility, but choose a different hotel if you do.

So far everyone has been super friendly and , not very happy the purpose of getting this room was for HOT tub and indoor pool well they just forgot to mention hot tub is broken .The fridge isn't getting cold we've called and they have done nothing, the light is flickering on and off. Ask for 2 xtra towels for our hair we will bring you some yeah that hasn't happen.  I'm getting more and more upset.I will be speaking to someone in morning

Great stay, VERY clean, great breakfast, lounge and bar!!  Great Location for a quick getaway!!!  Need heat in their Jacuzzi, but definitely would recommend to ANYONE!!!  I've stayed there 3 times in the past two months.
