My friend and I stayed here for four nights. The first night when we tried to use the shower, it didn't work and no hot water. The floors were so dirty that our feet were black with dirt. There were toe nail clippings that were not ours on the floors! We had to get another room because of the shower. It was worse. There was mold under the fresh paint in the toilet area. And the whole room smelled musty. Some of the outlets were open and didn't have covers. The faucet for the sink in the bedroom took two days to get hot water out of it and the whole thing moved when you turn the handle on. The freezer in the fridge was broken and we had to take the coffee maker to the bathroom sink because it had a very short cord. There were creepy guys just hanging around on the other side of the courtyard and they pointed at us when we came out of our room. They locked the front door of the lobby after a certain time at night and made us go around to the side and use our card keys. It was not lit and was super scary. The elevators are freaky! They are very rough and don't quite make it all the way to the floors. We will never be staying here again and do not recommend it for anyone else either.

It's more of 3.5 nearing a four. Seems like they are wrapping up some renovations. My room looked just redone very modern with metal accents and gray wood flooring. The staff is great, super thoughtful. Shuttle service available to the park. Location is perfectly close to everything!

Horrible customer service by a woman named Vivian I called to reserve a room for two nights and she was so unpleasant over the phone no manners or friendly at all. When i arrive to check in the same woman checked me in with no greeting she didn’t explain where the room was or if they had breakfast. To top it off she tells me she needs my card to keep it on hold but I could pay cash at check out then charges my card 😤😠

Dirty rooms , went to check in and a guy was painting our room. This was at 9 at night after driving 10 hrs. Had to get another room , dirty sheets . Had to change my own sheets . And they hardly gave any discount off after saying they would do a major discount.

Room was dirty. Pull out had no bedding and when it was requested to be brought to the room, they said that it was available at the front desk. After insisting, they reluctantly brought it up. The picture attached (taken 15 min after a shower) was shown to management and all that was said was "oh, dear". No apology, no trying to make it better, no offer of compensation. I had to leave after that.
