Extremely satisfied with everything. Worth the money considering what is next door... our first hotel did not work out so we walked over last minute and they were able to help us out even though they were over booked. Very clean. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Nice breakfast, beautiful view of Busch gardens, warm pool though January in Tampa is on the cool side so wasn't able to use it. Nice front door staff, clean room and working amenities. Loved the room, and on top floor experience was peaceful. Advantage of 24hr gym came in handy and laundry. Close to all kinds of stores, restaurants and transportation. Discounted Busch Garden tickets. Overall a good place to stay in Florida, and I'll love to come again on a free trip :D .

Loved the location! Room was clean and looked just like the pictures from the internet. Staff was friendly, but I give 5 stars for the shuttle bus driver Pablo. You can tell he loves his job and goes above and beyond to make sure guest have a great trip. We never waited longer than a few minutes to be dropped off or picked up at Busch Gardens. Thank you Pablo and Holiday Inn Express Suites for a great vacation! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this location a week ago it was fantastic didn't wanna leave...staff was awesome n hotel was clean ...our favorite was the entertainment we got from Pablo aka. Piccasso our shuttle driver.. He was very informative and a super nice guy

The hotel was very convenient to Busch Gardens and offered a shuttle to the parks that ran throughout the day, which was our main reason for booking the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and treated our 2 year old son like a prince. The drivers of the shuttle were very personable and helpful, and made the rides more than pleasant. It was very clear they enjoyed their jobs. Our only criticism would be that the room was a bit musty-smelling, most likely from the worn and outdated carpeting. Overall though, it was a great experience, and we would definitely book here again.
