I stayed here for two days. The front desk clerk was very pleasant, professional, and polite. He made sure the stay was good. I felt very safe there. The room was clean. I had no problems here at all. I will stay here again. This place is outstanding. I was very pleased.

I work here, but if I were a guest I would love it here. Very inviting courtyard property, greenery and heated outdoor pool. Guest laundry and gym. The Burger Theory restaurant has famous food and I must say I'm one of many great staff, eager to impress! Come see for yourself! We promise you'll want to return! See you soon! 😉

the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel had an unique design by surrounding the restaurant with the rooms, making the area very safe. The center had a pool and waterfall that the kids loved and even gave us a free upgraded room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and Busch Gardens.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Busch Gardens for Halloween Horror Nights. We were planning on using the shuttle to transport us to and from the park but it was a small van and we would have had to wait a long time so we just opted to drive ourselves to the one point four miles. The rooms were good and plenti spacious we had 5 people in a two double with a pull out couch Suite. the front desk was very polite and accommodating. The pool area was nice even though we didn't take advantage of it but we did have breakfast in the little burger place on the hotel property which is pretty good. I would stay here again if we got a good deal on a room.

Pretty alright spot, had an in-house burger restaurant and free popcorn. We asked for two beds and they only gave us one though. Other than that, no complaints.
