Very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful ... all of them. We're really enjoying our visit. There's also a 24 hour food option that's interesting and tasty. They have a limited menu of cooked and uncooked items that take care of the late night munchies. There's no room service, but that does help a lot. It's also reasonably priced. I strongly recommend this hotel.

If you give this hotel greater than a 2 rate you are a moron or work for the Hyatt company They have one person working the front desk after 6pm. The hotel has a bad smell. They do not have a restaurant at all in this hotel, they just throw food in a microwave. No Starbucks, the bartista is the person who checked you in the front desk. This hotel would be rated a poor holiday inn. The transportation will take you to Busch gardens only once an hour and bring you back once an hour. The only reason anyone goes to this poor excuse of a hotel is because of Busch gardens. Both elevators don't work properly. Also no vending machines even though they are suppose to be there. Check my history I don't write reviews like this I wish I would have saw an honest review about this hotel before I came what a horrible decision for a $160 a night.

Very nice place...rooms were very good, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Really enjoy and could stay there again.

I've stayed and this hotel before and was pleased although the neighborhood is not that good. This stay however was awful. I wrote to Hyatt and they did absolutely NOTHING to fix the problem or to compensate me for a stay I should never had to pay for. Starting with someone else's poop on the toilet upon arrival and ending with days with no air conditioning and a nightmare in between. It looks like I'm going to have to go back to Hampton Inn.

I love the Hyatt Place. Every time I visit, the staff treats you as family and greets you upon arrival. The rooms are extra quiet and the breakfast is always good. However, at my last visit the full breakfast was not ready at 6:30. However, the staff was very apologetic about that and did all they could to remedy the situation.
