We got a room for 5, 2 teens, 2 adults and a toddler. The room was a good size for us with 2 queen beds. Room was cleaned each day. We asked for an extra towel each day and got it without a problem. Complimentary breakfast was great each morning and the ones running it were very friendly and would always announce when it was almost time to finish up breakfast. They even would go get extra muffins of the ones our toddler liked.
The parking lot is fenced in and plenty large enough. Very enjoyable stay and we love Busch Gardens so we will be back here for sure. The pool looked nice. Our teens used it and didn't notice any problems.

This has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hannah and Robert Scott the “general manager” should be fired. When people are traveling and stay at a hotel, they are suppose to be given the experience of great customer service. Not in this case, also Robert is a liar and charged me 250$ for “damages” to the hotel I never made. They said I will receive pictures in my email... but of course Hannah never sent them. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, and definitely NEVER stay again. The hotel was dirty and there are no phones in the rooms. Thanks but no thanks

After reading the negative reviews was almost tempted to cancel. Thought oh well suck it up it only for one night. However it was great. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean room. Breakfast was limited but what was there was lovely. Waffle makers to make your own waffles. Fruit, yoghurt,  bagels, muffins, bread for toast. Eggs. Fruit juice and hot drinks. Easy check in and check out.

This is a decent place, but the breakfast is thin. It is nice that it is free, but not big. Older hotel, but the rooms were clean and the location is pretty good. Nice staff, but we are in no hurry to return.

The beds are very uncomfortable and the room smelled like a wet dog. On our last morning we noticed little bugs by the sink. It is a very loid hotel because of the street noise. I would not stay there again
