Probably some of the best cajun around the Allen / McKinney area. If you know a better, hit me up, I'd love to give it a try. I had the Dirty balls, Oysters, Crab bombs as appetizers (hey it was a decent size table) - all were very good. I had the Shrimp and Grits as my main course. It was good, although, honestly, I would have preferred the grits a little less dense - still good though. Forgetting what my wife had, think it was the blackened Grouper but it was also very delicious. Service was very good, waiter was very attentive and drinks were refilled frequently.

This food was AWESOME! I got the catfish and shrimp dinner and subbed my spicy slaw for dirty rice. My husband ordered blackened catfish but the brought out fried. He didn't send it back and he cleaned his plate. They give you three pieces of fish that are a pretty nice size. My sister was only able to eat 2 pieces and she gave my husband the 3rd piece. We all were very satisfied with our dinner. It's in historic downtown McKinney so there are plenty of shops to browse and walk off some calories after eating.

Real good! So much better than last time I was here. Better prices, better menu choices, still great tasting food! And the service is so much better, in fact excellent. It's been several months since I was here, but I will come back more often now.

First time visit for a late weekday lunch...not crowded, quiet. Got the catfish and shrimp platter. 2 large filets, 4 shrimp, fries, and cole slaw. Catfish was large, and tasty with a nice breaded batter. Shrimp was large and tasty. Fries were very pedestrian, and the slaw was spicy and very different. Wasn't my thing. Solid stop. I will definitely go back and try some other plates. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Best Cajun food we have had in Texas since leaving Louisiana 17 years ago. Great service as well. Great beer selection!
