Excellent brisket! Been a number of times I've never been disappointed. The sides are all decent but that's not why you go. The sausage and ribs are also good, but definitely get the brisket. They've opened up the larger dining area and that really helps with the long lines. Parking can still be a pain.

This is the best barbecue I’ve had for a total bbq experience. The brisket is as good as Pecan Lodge (which is an enormous statement) but the fixings, the sides, the decor, and the price combined just blow away everyplace else. And at the end they have peach cobbler and banana pudding that you can get a free helping to complete the meal. I’ve eaten barbecue in Memphis Kansas City North Carolina and all over Texas. This is the best!

This is my favorite place for BBQ since I’ve moved Texas. The only issue that I have is the way they have their set up when dining in or doing a takeout orders. I drove 30 minutes to this location because I knew I could get all the meats I would need. When I got there, I waited in line for 40 minutes to place a to go order and 20 minutes to receive the food. I get my food and realized when I got home, we didn’t have the marble brisket in the bag! We had to drive another 30 minutes back to get it and I tried calling numerous times and no one answered the phone. I did get my brisket, but however, their needs to be a better system when doing to go orders. We shouldn’t have to wait in the long line with people that are trying to dine in and we should be able to call in our orders same day. They would make so much more money if they answer the phone sometimes! Food was great as always.

We have lived within 10 blocks of Hutchins since it opened. They have always had great BBQ, but since they reopened after the fire a few years ago they have really stepped it up. They have the best brisket, sausage, turkey and chicken. On the weekends they have brisket stuffed and bacon wrapped jalapenos that are stupendous. The 10 minutes wait is worth it, go with people that you like to talk with.

Top notch BBQ! Brisket is super tender and juicy, lots of flavor, and the spicy sausage is some of the best I’ve tried! Be sure to save room for the complimentary peach cobbler, ice cream and banana pudding! (for dine in guest) Get here early or be prepared to wait in line. Don’t turn back though! It’s worth the wait.
