My wife and I Wanda were very disappointed. Service was marginal at best. Water was warm with no ice. I wanted to order Spare Ribs but for some reason wasn't serving that menu item tonight. Wife wanted BBQ Brisket Enchiladas, but the waiter warned her it have cinnamon mole and a lot of people don't like it. So he suggested to get a "Tomahawk" bone in Ribeye to share, and we thought okay we'll do that. Let me see if I have this right...No Spare Ribs, warned about the Enchiladas, but didn't warn us the Tomahawk was $110--I was expecting $65 tops. After eating the barley warn spinach dip and a few drinks the total was over $200. If we ever go there again we'll have a grill cheese sandwich and a coke...because that's on the menu too

The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is very clean however the price it not worth the food portions. I ordered the Prime Double-Double Burger and the parties where half the size of the bun, not worth the $12 or $14 dollars I spent on it. So if you want to empty your wallet but not fill your stomach then this place is perfect.

Wonderful place! Went for a girls night and had the unfortunate event of having a glass of beer bottom out on one of our group. The waiter, GM and chef were all at our service to ensure we still had a great night despite this, even offered to reimburse for the dry cleaning bill for clothes that were soiled with beer. Chris, the chef, brought out several deserts at the end of the night on the house. We loved it! The food is dynamite and service is wonderful.

It really doesn't get better than Sugarbacon. Wow come for brunch and you can't go wrong. Wait staff was amazing, we had Andi and she was great. It gets busy on Sundays but worth it. Chicken and waffles to the shrimp and grits. Also don't pass up the French toast which I took a picture of before my son dug in!

Atmosphere is great; digs are cool. Crowd is a mix of families, couples out on the town, and the typical yuppies McKinney's hip town square draws. Unfortunately, I wasn't as fond of the food. The namesake appetizer was pedestrian at best, and the brisket enchiladas I ordered tasted like cinnamon (weird!). On the plus side my wife loved the Snapper special and the Blood Orange mixed drink, while I enjoyed a local brew on tap. For the price I expected better.
