I go to this place on the way to work. Being on a tight schedule I need to count on them being open and ready. Pulling up to the drive through this morning and getting no response. I pulled around to see people inside milling around looking out at me and the car behind me apparently also expecting service at the posted open time (go figure) and ignoreing us, leaving the open sign off. It's OK. There are other places on the way to work that are ready to serve at their posted open time.

Their coffee is always awesome. But it's their breakfast sandwiches that keep me coming back! Made on delicious ciabata bread and always hot and fresh.

They're great. Always very friendly, and they've pretty much never get my order wrong. You should go there, and tip well.

My first visit to this chain of coffee stores, and I was underwhelmed. The employees seemed friendly and courteous enough. Service was prompt. But their coffee drinks are way over priced for the quality. I'd rather spend my money at Starbucks!
