Had a bad experience here a few years ago. They improperly submitted my paperwork for accident/disability insurance then failed to call me after I told them I can't check my mail very often because of my job. Can't recommend.

I do not recommend this office. I had been with Jay for a couple of years and could not stay any longer. The multiple mistakes made by his office was ridiculous, one of which being a cancellation of one of my auto policies without my knowledge, among multiple other mistakes. Jay was very casual about my concerns when I spoke with him about them and, of course, they kept happening. I no longer trusted his office to do the simplest of tasks and felt the need to verify each change to be sure it was done correctly. Jay is a nice person but nice does not make up for lack of customer service.

Have been with them for years. Do not recommend, will be swapping to another provider soon.

I've been with Jay for about 3 months and got in a car accident. The agency and company have made a stressful situation a delight to handle. Thank you Jay and Sherri!
