days. That is how long my father was in a coma after being found at home, alone, due to a ruptured cerebral aneurysm. He should not be alive. He should not have made a full recovery. Each and every day, around the clock, during those 33 days, as well as the recovery time after, I felt as though everyone gave more than their all. They didn't just make my father whole again. They made sure we were all whole, together, as well. I can not say enough good things about this facility. 5 stars just doesn't cover that quality of above and beyond.

I had my hip replaced there in January of 2017. I had complications and they had to go back in. No situation is perfect but for the most part the staff overall did everything they could to make me as comfortable as I could be in the situation I was in. I have been in other hospitals and Beaumont overall always does a fine job. They send you a patient evaluation often before you get home. You can order food at any time from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Even the woman that came to clean my room everyday was pleasant. It wasn't perfect but it was the best experience it could of been.

Worst hospital experience I’ve ever received in my life. I came in somewhere around 5:30-6 on 2/22/18 for my father who’s in pain. Signed him in at the front desk, explained what was happening and was told to have a seat which we did. After about an hour or so I paid no attention, expected long wait times at hospitals. Second hour goes by and I notice people walking in way after getting seen much much faster. To the point that there was no one that came in before us and everyone sitting and being seen had come in after. I went to ask the lady at the desk if my fathers name has been called, she asked for his name I only gave his first name and she didn’t look anything up just glanced over continually doing whatever she was and told me she doesn’t believe so. So I went ahead and had a seat. Upon a second time I went up and asked another clerk sitting next to her and handed my fathers ID for reference. We were seen just 10 minutes after that, do people who come in need to beg to be seen? Or just sit and go unnoticed until a scene is made? Now it’s 11:18 p.m, have had several nurse changes as typical for a hospital, but it seems the wait is being dragged on tremendously. No doctor has come in. We were told to wait for a cat scan, and have been waiting since. Every time I ask for a time frame it’s a different story from everyone. One nurse will say 10 minutes another will say no time frame. I haven’t been complaining, only inquiring. Very, very displeased with how the hospital is run. Would never wish for anyone else to go through what my father and I are currently going through.

I was very impressed with the high level of professional care given to my family member. The staff was patient with our many questions and displayed a real sen of caring. The medical team is knowledgeable in advanced procedures that make  a big difference in healing. A hospital of choice!

This is a review of their Outpatient Physical Therapy scheduling. I want to give the physical therapist 5 stars, but I cannot do that when their scheduling system does not allow me to make an appointment. Even though I have been going for over a month, I am only allowed to schedule an appointment up to 1 week out. You are expected to call in every day to see how their schedule has changed and hope 1 of few available slots works with your schedule. You are not allowed to schedule a time that works for you out past a week. They need to seriously overhaul their entire scheduling protocol.
