Overall my experience at this shop has been good. I have visited a few times and like that there usually isn't a long wait. Staff is friendly and facility is relatively nice. However, my only complaint is that when getting any acrylic service (i.e. fill-in, full set) they chip very quickly. Whereas a set would usually last 2-3 weeks with other places here, I've noticed chipping the next day or within the same week. Other than that I would recommend, or if you just need a quick service. The nail techs are also very talented when it comes to designs.

I used to enjoy coming here but after today i dont think i will be coming. So last time i was at the shop i waited a long time to get a pedicure which i understand it was ok but what I did not like was the fact that my pedicure was rushed because someone with an appointment had arrived. Ok so i was told it was better if i made an appointment. So i did just that I made an appointment for today I get there at 10am and waited over 30 minutes and my tech is no where to be seen? That is really bad business.

I came upon Lillian's about a year ago. I love love love the excellent service and the online appt availability is a plus. Lillian's is far above other nail shops. I highly recommend to all my friends, family and anyone that give compliment to my nails! All of the techs are good.

I called late on Friday  and was able get an appointment for 5:30 PM. Everyone was very professional,  my nail tech was Laura,  she did a wonderful  job with my mani and pedi. Definitely going back. Keep up the good work

I had a verified appointment at 2:30 with Maria. She never showed up. Another nail stylist had to do my nails which was not very good. Not good business at all!
