I wish I could give zero stars. The front staff are pleasant, and the clinic is well kept. Those are the only positive aspects.
I was seen by Dr. Kelly...after my experience with him, I feel uncomfortable calling him a doctor.
I have had cold symptoms for over a week and my cough has gotten so bad over the past couple of days that I have pain in my chest and my upper back. Kelly listened to my chest and determined that since I seem like “a healthy young lady,” I have allergies. I told him that I do not have a history of allergies. He said that while I may not have a history of allergies, I could be having irritation from something in my environment. This cannot be because I am visiting my mother-in-law and I was fine for a number of days. My baby has a cold and I think I got it from him. I went to see a doctor just to make sure that the cold hasn’t become anything serious. Also, I have a sore throat, a cough with yellow phlegm, and this started with body pain and a runny nose. Based on all the past times I have been to the doctor with similar symptoms, it has been a viral cold. I also asked Kelly if this could be a virus since I’m staying with my mother-in-law and do not want to get her sick, and he basically told me that with viruses, they look for a fever...ummmm I don’t think that’s correct....i found myself questioning his medical knowledge. I really don’t understand how he decided this was allergies.
I can’t believe I had to pay a $56 copay to see this joker. I hope the company that owns this practice does a better job of hiring doctors because this was the absolute worse experience I have had in my 30 years. I am not left googling my symptoms. I am so annoyed and frustrated with this “doctor’s” incompetence!

Hello my  name is Luis A Tovar, retire Consultant Manager, I attend an emergency services for me at the Care Urgent Clinic located at 8500 Annapolis Rd, and as I was apprehensive at the beginning, my surprise was big when the service and attention received was better that many big hospital emergency rooms.
the receptionist was very helpful, the nurse was polite, attend to my request and asking all the questions with a better professional demeanor, the waiting period , that was the kicker no even five minutes and the doctor already was in the room and attending my needed care, all questions were ask, recorded and a very professional atmosfehere, oh what a surprise for me.
I will recommended this emergency care to anybody of my neighbors, friends, what a change from the emergency rooms, and I assume that the price should be lower as we are not dealing with fancy test or medicine just the facts, my insurance company will be very happy of the charge.
in overall the Clinic have my five start for the service, professional demeanor and the attend care for the sick person.

Was misdiagnosed as having “pharyngitis” (sore throat) and was given no antibiotics. Then I had to take myself to the emergency room days later and they confirmed I had strep throat. I could’ve been on antibiotics 3 days earlier if I was examined and given the right diagnosis.

Each and every time I enter this office I am treated with 100 percent professionalism both the staff and doctors here. Especially the man at the front desk I don't remember his name but he knows me the min I step in there I love it.  and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am seen in a very quick manner and my wait time is 6 mins or less I love them folks there .  When you are in a lot of pain the last thing you want it to have to wait a long time.
