Worst customer service I've ever received. 2 ladies at the front were so rude and not helpful. Never coming to this location again.

Sound always felt more like a bank than a credit union that actually cared. Go with BECU or another reputable local credit union.

These guys are awesome. I don't even bank with them and they helped me out several times getting cashier's checks and notary and all things that I needed. Awesome and friendly customer service. Kind of glad my credit union isn't that close. Otherwise I would not have had the opportunity to experience how good they are.
