The teller told me that I could not deposit my brother's check into his account without his signature on the back. I took it to a downtown branch today and luckily had a knowledgeable teller assist me in depositing the check. Next time I will not be wasting my time going to a branch where employees don't know basic policies and procedures.

I would advise people to not bank at chase. They will do whatever they can to give you over draft fees. I had more than enough money in my bank account according to the online banking, an hour later supposedly I didn't due to inaccurate information with online banking. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT HERE!
