Just left this branch, walked-in and was about to check-in but was called over right away and thought awesome no wait time. Went over to her desk, didn't get her name because she didn't introduce herself to us but I believe it was Cyndi cause I caught a glimpse of her name tag (her desk is right by the window near Meridian side) Her attitude was not great. I understand we're all human but if you're working with customers on a daily basis, at least act like you want to help your customers and not act like you're better then them/know better. Had a much better experience with another rep at the Tukwila branch, she was much more helpful and because of the rep from Tukwila for being much more helpful and friendly, we're still going to continue with BECU but we won't be working with Cyndi again if we come to this location.

Parking lot sucks but the do now have 4 cash machines! Busy at times! My mother went in asking for a debt card to be replaced... they gave her a card that only worked at BECU twice.... took third trip to get card that would work at retail stores. Do NOT ask for a debit card if you want your card to work at stores, ask for a Debit MasterCard with a chip if you want it to work at retail stores.

Not a full service office. 4 ATM s suffice. The lines get long and often crowded. I recently needed help with an account and the gentleman helping me was wonderful Upon a return visit one of the staff was not so knowledgeable and was a little argumentative about finding a form I needed Finally after insisting she ask the manager for help I was given the form such a simple task took almost half an hour and I felt like I was being told I was stupid the attitude changed when it ended up being a very common form. The woman kept stating that it didn't exist even when i told her I had held it in my hand the day before Have to say it just really irked me with the demeanor of the staff member. Otherwise great bank

Everyone is so beyond sweet! I came in 3 minutes before closing, and the lady stayed after her shift to help me with the ATM machine! I highly respect all of the lengths they reach to bring quality service!

They're pretty fantastic. Every time I've had to deal with an employee they've been polite and helpful. If I had a gripe I'd say that it can get pretty crowded in here but the wait time seems to be decreasing every time I visit.
