Rachel and Denise at the village point store are the best and deserve a reward and recognition for the excellent Customer service! I came in and had forgotten my store credit (I live 2 hours away) and Rachel took the time to help me and called her manager who kindly helped her on his day off! I am very impressed with how she went above and beyond to help me out! Also Denise in bridal is awesome! She is so fun to work with! She helped my husband and I out so much with our registry. Your store has some great employees! Please reward these two for their excellent work!

Due to holiday rush, my family and I came in looking for 1 item in particular. We were helped by a very nice and professional lady. We told her what we were looking for, she knew immediately what it was, and when she couldn't find it, she jumped on the computer to find out if it was in stock. Turned out it wasn't in stock, and asked if we wanted it delivered to our home, AND she included free shipping. Amazing customer service!! Thank you!!

Got there early(so I thought )they were already busy and the staff was still great to deal with. Order what I wanted since it wasn't in stock. Smooth in and out.

I would like to say I love this store and all their fun stuff but what happen tonight in the store with the employees that were working was very unprofessional. I was willing to spends lots of money there and usually do . My cashier was amazing but the other employee not . I was buying a lamp and was asking about the Amazon tower and another employee interupted the lady checking me out and answering my questions about the tower I was very interested in buying. The girl was in a rush to leave and more interested in telling her what to do and what trash to take out which could of been done after checking me out. There was another girl working there with half a shave head giving me and my daughters the worst looks that it made all three of us uncomfortable. I didn't know one question would piss off two employees. Well in the end I just wanted to get out that I'll just buy the tower and smaller speakers online. The customer service sucked but I did thank the cashier for trying to help.
