I stopped at Kohl's today for a few items and after multiple frustrating stops I was tickled to have found everything I needed at Kohl's.  Until I got to the checkout line.  There were 35 people in the checkout line and 2 checkers.  The other set of registers was a mirror image.  Unfortunately, I had another appointment to get to and ended up having to park my cart (full of the items I needed) next to a register and leave the store without anything.  Over Staffing is expensive... but Losing Sales is FAR more expensive.  I hope for a different experience the next time.

My husband and I went in to Kohl's to find a suit for a funeral. To us, the suits were hard to match. We summoned summoned help from the staff.  Three girls came up- Kristina "Tina", Cami and Sarah. They were the most amazing "assistants" we have ever had the pleasure of  working with. I am so thankful, especially since men have no patience  They made the process much easier! We found the perfect suit thanks to those girls.  (store #0335)

Love going to kohls all the time. Everything is neatly organized and easy to locate. The manual checkout kiosks are off tremendous use. It will save lot of time for quick shopping.

I love kohls!! Such a good store for the family, there is something here for everyone. Prices are usually fairly priced and employees are cordial and helpful.

This is the only store I have a store credit card for.  It is well worth it because they always have great deals when you use your card.  High quality items and brand names and I NEVER pay full price.
