I love it! Bed Bath and Beyond (BB&B) is wonderful! The staff there is very helpful and patient, they told us exactly where to find things and were very caring. The store is huge and I can find everything I need! I definitely recommend!

I returned an item today with a receipt and I was asked by the salesperson if I had already returned the item (?).  I said  "no".
She said her computer showed that the item had already been returned.
She called a manager who authorized an over ride on the computer.
Then she asked me for my name and address.  I asked her if it was normal procedure to ask for a customer's name and address.  She said,
"no only if there was an over ride". I asked for the manager again.  I explained that I purchased the item in good faith and that I had a receipt
for the return and yet the store was clearly flagging the return with my
name and address.  She excused the interaction by saying that this
was just a system procedure.  At no time was the original salesperson
aware of the embarrassment she was causing me nor was the manager
aware that claiming that this was the fault of her "system" was a clear
sign of poor customer service awareness.   Had either been kind or
friendly during the lengthy time needed to process this return, this

The "roaming" clerk was very helpful.  She took time to find out exactly the product I was looking for and showed me on line that I could order it there.  Will stop the there again!

Looking for a bathroom scale that was on sale in your flyer...a sales girl was very nice and helped me find it. Plus used the $5 off coupon!

They did not have the item in stock, but the store clerk offered to look for it in their warehouse. We went online and he showed me several possibilities. He was very helpful.
