On July 28 I purchased a pair of discounted shoes form the ladies department at the Prescott Dillard's, on August 3 I attempted to return them because they didn't fit properly. The clerk behind the counter did not greet me, when I made my request known she informed me that because they was on sale they needed to be returned within 3 days. She looked at me with a very unpleasant expression stating "...it's written right on the receipt, haven't you ever shopped here before?". She told me I could not return them period, end of story. I asked to see a manager who was also more accusing than accommodating, and offered me a gift card. That gift card was more than satisfactory. I immediately spent down the card in the cosmetics department and vow never to return to the store again. What an unpleasant place.

To clarify, this review is specific to David Taylor in Mens Furnishings. On two separate occasions, I've shopped in his area and received great customer service. He was forever patient and kind. He's knowledgable about his area and the entire store. I've shopped in other areas and when no help was found, I located him and he resolved the issue. He goes above and beyond. If you want help in this store and you can find no one else...hunt him down in the Mens Furnishings department. He will get done whatever you need in this store.

Jade was such a wonderful help. My sister's funeral was the next day, and she helped me find everything that I needed for my mother, neice, soon, husband, and myself. If you need anything at all, please ask for Jade!
