They have packed so much into this store, but it seems to have all the items a normal one has. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also easy to get to.

Customer service was horrible. The girl at the counter couldn't stop talking to the other girl long enough to answer a few questions for me. The topic of their conversation was totally inappropriate for work. I had to ask for a bag for my large purchase and she wouldn't stop chomping on her gum. I will only shop online from now on.

I'm a fan of custom service, something that can be hit or miss in big chain stores. I stopped in for a bath mat (definitely falls under the category of 'Bed, Bath...) and a shoe horn (sort of a long shot). The mat was not a problem, good selection and good price. But here's the service component. I ask an employee, a new employee as it turns out, and he got on the radio to ask more experienced staff. No shoe horns. BUT, he then told me where I might find one in the same mall. He helped the customer even though he couldn't sell to he customer. Service counts. On the negative side - I had my mother and her walker with me. The aisles tend to be narrow and a little cluttered for folks on wheels.

This store does not always have all of the merchandise in stock. The staff is helpful. Seasonal items are well stocked.

Love the quality and range of products. Also got there a couple of minutes before open and the manager said come on in! So refreshing!
