I was ordering a pair of pants with the store locator. After 2 times unsuccessfully ordering the pants on my third time Betsy in Chapel Hill helped me and was very helpful and professional. Thank you Betsy! Hopefully I will receive them soon !

Impressive selection at a great price... Beats the hell out of any other department stores nearby. I was very impressed and will be back!

It's a cozy place, with so many different choices.. cute and in good prices. I definitely recommend this place for gift ideas!

great items...pricing can be on the expensive side to the not so bad side..just depends on what you get, but some items in there are worth the price. the staff is nice, except for on gentlemen that works the register isn't so nice or friendly. do not know his name, but he is a white guy with black hair, kind of "stocky" and I believe he wore glasses...anyways....he seems to be a little racist if you ask me,....but thats another story that i'm not going to go into...overall, my husband loves the fact they have Izod, Polo, and other name brand items for a good price, I love there shoe section for womens, and most of their clothing for women are at a good price as well , but you do have some priced "im not paying 60.00 for a white shirt" as well...for it to be the only retail store in chapel hill, its worth the look
