Excellent experience after buying a faulty item.   The staff was very helpful and understanding and made sure they corrected the problem.  The lady who worked the evening shift in the coffee area 11/27/17 was especially friendly, attentive, and helpful.   Excellent customer service.

New and updated items now have food real items fro. ITALY AND FRSNCE AND BEYOND love the new out look and the new wedding registry about the same prices as other stores in the area

Returned an item I found elsewhere for much less...they honored my 20 percent coupon for one item I had bought and forgot the coupon previous. Nice employees, good service.

I like the remodeling job they've done. Much easier to find things and the check out is so seamless. Of course there customer Service is great.

New concept at store. Hugh coffee shop and selections. Taste before you buy. Seems like more products and yet more space for roaming around.
