Never will I ever order another thing from Sears EVER again. Customer service is terrible. No one in that entire store (that I have spoken to at least) possesses any kind of useful knowledge. This store needs to be closed completely to spare someone else from the headache that I have been through in the weeks of trying to get the order I placed that was supposed to be picked up next day. Big old thumbs down Sears. Have pride in your job or find a new one.

About last year,Sears at Columbia mall location moved everything in home goods,appliances,everything downstairs. Problem (BIG PROBLEM) is THEY MADE IT EXTREMELY difficult for me to get to inside from bus stop!!! I had to go around the back to get in because they blocked off the top entrance due to demolitions and constructions. I am DISABLED IN A WALKER! The nearest elevator is at JC Penny's! Sears is not planning on installing a new elevator for its disabled patrons!

It's clear how far Sears has fallen. I remember shopping here years ago for most of my clothing and now it barely has any at all. The store was clean, but that's not a challenge when you get virtually no foot traffic. There is very little in stock as well. I'm not sure this location will be around much longer.

Purchased a lawn mower last year from the Columbia, MD location, the sales rep. stated Sears will provide a loaner with the service plan and I would be able to drop the lawn mower off there for repair, all not true!!!!

We brought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator from this store with the extended warranty. We have had issues with the water and ice dispenser since we brought this unit. After 4 technician visits I found a wiring harness on the bottom of the freezer door that had broken wires that were exposed. A tech came out and said the door needed to be replaced. He placed the order and informed us that the door would be delivered in a week. Well we called into find out when it would get delivered for 6 to eight weeks. We were told when we purchased the extended warranty if the units could not get fixed in 30 days we should get e new one well not true we need to wait for the new door to get delivered. So basically the refrigerator is made poorly, you cannot trust the sales people
