I really like Nordstrom Rack. You can definitely find some good Bargains at this location and the store is well-kept. I enjoy going to the store more than I like going to Ross because it is not overcrowded and it doesn't have too much items put out on the floor to the point that everything is falling over one another. I've had some really good experience there shopping with my daughters and the cashiers are usually very friendly and nice. I also appreciate the fact that when I walk into the store someone greets me and if I need something is very easy to find someone that can help out.

I feel fortunate to have a Nordstrom Rack near my home, but I've also shopped their merchandise online. Excitement hits me as I walk in the door! I'm usually looking for Daniel Rainn tops and any brand of leggings. I sometimes buy kid's clothes or something for my hubby. I told my son about this store and now he's addicted to their selection of shoes. Store is always clean and items are well appointed and easy to browse.

The cashiers are very quick despite the long lines and the staff are helpful in general. I have just one complaint - the manager. I work in retail and she is hands down the rudest person I've ever dealt with on either side of the register. That's saying a lot considering I once saw a grown woman throw a fit because she couldn't wrap her head around the concept of a sales tax.
